Learning Out Loud Community

My intention with this community is to increase access to information in the areas of connective tissue, aging, the nervous system, whole-body health and more (listed below) while connecting with those of you in my community.

Video meetings would begin once per month and would include education/discussion and live Q&A on various topics that the community needs.

We would gather virtually to learn & adapt together, with a recording available for at least 2 weeks afterwards in case you cannot attend live.

The first session will be less structured and more a chance for us to connect and for you to ask any questions you want while helping me get a sense of which topics benefit those in the community the most for the following sessions.

There may be an optional group chat to connect between sessions and provide updates as you implement the information & strategies we discuss. This is TBD as I am still testing software.

I am hoping to keep the price in the $15-25 USD/month range, as I want this to be accessible to anyone.
