Who Are These Consultations For?

  • Subscribers of Operation Human First that want help determining which classes would be best for you or how to fit the classes into your current training routine

  • Those looking for an online FRA or guidance to help improve mobility, joint health, or performance

  • You are a Kinstretch instructor or FRC provider and have questions about how to improve your practice

Additional Uses:

These sessions can also be used for PRACTITIONER support, answering business-related questions, or for mentorship purposes. This includes:

  • Starting/operating your own Kinstretch practice or classes

  • Starting/operating your own physical therapy practice

  • Starting/operating your own online platform like Operation Human First

  • Practitioner mentorship (Kinstretch, FRCms, etc.)

  • Other business-related questions (please reach out to me ahead of time to ensure it is something I can help you with before booking)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you don’t see any immediate openings, don’t worry. I have certain days/hours reserved to provide physical therapy to first responders in my local city. However, they do not always need me and when this is the case I open up all of these hours to those waiting for appointments. This is in addition to any extra hours that I open up (which happens often) or any cancellations that arise.

    Just log in to the online booking portal and add your name to the waitlist and you will be notified of any and all new openings in the time period that you select. Notifications will be sent via text or email (your choice).

    I also recommend emailing me as I know for some people there is a significant time difference which may mean that we are awake during opposing hours. Shoot me an email to ensure that our availability matches!

  • With the online FRA or assessment you can expect the following:

    • Time spent getting to know you, your goals, and listening to how I can help you

    • To be put through various tests and assessments

    • To have photos taken of the test positions (screenshots as shown below) that we can then use to compare back to over time

    • To chat about the findings (I usually share my screen and actually show you the photos and what I see)

    • To go over and practice any recommended exercises

    • To receive a personalized program with exercises, videos to coach you through the exercises, and a bunch of other resources that will help you

  • You will need to fill out the intake form ahead of time (this will be emailed to you when you book your appointment).

    All you will need is some space on the floor, and an electronic device for the Zoom meeting, and that is it.

    Foam rollers and yoga blocks are nice to have handy but are by no means required. Common household items will be enough for any props that we may need. 

  • Appointment frequency varies from person to person depending on each person’s needs, goals, findings, and availability.

    Some people book these sessions as a one time consultation, which is fine!

  • The price is the same regardless of how you want to spend your session. The hourly rate is simply for my time and is not dependent on what we do or what we cover in the session.

    All sessions are $175 CAD per hour + GST.

  • You then have the option of working with me in person!
