that fills in the gaps.

Practitioner level education broken down so simple anyone can learn:

  • A completely new way of understanding the body, exercise, connective tissue, and the nervous system

  • The connective tissue spectrum, how to recognize and understand both hypermobility and stiffness

  • The gaps in gym training and exercise recommendations that are driving training plateaus and injuries

  • Why many people experience repeated injuries

  • How training impacts gene expression

  • What biology class left out about how the body is actually built, how it adapts, and how it communicates with itself

  • What physics class left out about how your tissue actually needs to behave to handle the forces real life puts through it

  • Where things like nutrition and collagen supplements fit in to connective tissue health

  • What is missing in current training and recommendations for both hypermobile and stiff populations

  • Why we may be completely misunderstanding hypermobility

  • Why many people stretch and still feel stiff (even when hypermobile)

  • What happens to connective tissue with aging as well as perimenopause and menopause — and what we can actually do about it

  • Clinical patterns I've identified after assessing and training thousands of clients — and how they apply to you

  • How hypermobility, autoimmune conditions, vision, and nervous system dysregulation connect to mobility and connective tissue health

  • Information that I used to uncover my own chronic health issues that doctors & specialists missed for decades and the framework I’ve been using to address them

These courses also arm you with information to help you make more informed decisions about how to navigate:

  • OHF subscriptions & classes

  • General training & rehabilitation

  • Aging & injury prevention

From one human to another:

This is information that took many years of experience, thousands of hours of studying the literature, countless experiments, and closely observing/assisting thousands of clients to piece together.

We have far more control over our health and more ability to induce adaptation in our bodies than our current siloed educational & healthcare systems are equipped to show us.

Trying to prevent injury or illness before it happens, overcome prior injuries, optimize our health and longevity, and navigate poorly understood conditions can be difficult in a system that is constantly behind and overly siloed.

However, sometimes we just need the right tools, information, entry points, and a way of looking at the body as a whole system rather than through pigeonholes.

My greatest wish is that all the digging that I've done is not only of value to you, but provides you with information and resources to "connect the dots" in your body and propel you forward towards adapting & thriving.

Don't ever forget just how adaptable you are as a human.

And, may every single injury, condition, or hardship you overcome serve as a reminder of exactly that.
