Clinical Observations
I experienced much of the above first hand after my brain injuries.
Many of my clients did for their own reasons as well.
I also noticed that the clients who lacked the most physical flexibility in their joints & tissues were the same clients who lacked flexibility in their autonomic nervous system.
I started calling this “autonomic (nervous system) flexibility”.
This same population did not respond to generic recommendations for physical flexibility, stress tolerance, recovery, or relaxation.
I spent years learning, experimenting, and connecting the dots to help those clients and people like myself get back in the “driver seat”.
I am now sharing everything that I’ve learned and found effective here with you.
When Generic Advice Fails
We all have the same basic hardware: a brain, a nervous system, senses, joints, organs.
But our “software”—can be completely different from one another.

Before going off of work and having my surgeries (which resulted In me having a much needed but not intended regulation period) I often found myself out of breath while teaching/training/facilitating.
