Free Online Kinstretch Class

The focus of this free online Kinstretch class is hip internal rotation, which is the fundamental movement of your hip. You will find progressions of this class along with many other Kinstretch classes within Operation Human First.

Why Hip Internal Rotation Is Important:

Internal rotation speaks to the state of your hip capsule (the deep tissue that wraps around your hip), which speaks to the health of the hip joint itself.

Internal rotation is also an indicator of how much ACCESS you have to your hips. By “access” we mean the degree to which you can actually use the musculature around/that cross your hips.
